Morgan appeared in a documentary clip Safe Sex for Men and Women that addressed AIDS education and prevention. The proceeds of this video was donated towards the American Foundation for AIDS Research. She is also on the Entertainment Industry AIDS Task Force. Morgan is the leader of numerous other fund-raising projects for the disease as well as testified before a special Congressional committee about AIDS education. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Amfar as well as the board of Governors of APLA. She was asked to replace the Surgeon General who was formerly C. Everett Koop at AIDS-related events.
